My daughter loves this DVD player. I bought it for a long flight (5 hours and vacation). It can withstand a lot of tough play and falls. It didn't skip or become disrupted at all. I wish the screen was a bit bigger but it is easy to use and she managed to learn which buttons to press on her own. The battery life was good for a couple of hours of continuous viewing. It has a stand that props it up if the kids don't want to hold it. I would recommend it even though it is pricey. By D. Oder (california)
